Sometimes this may be subtle, where we may need “just a little” assistance; and sometimes we may require a higher level of assistance and support in order to safely “age in place” within our homes. When this season of life arises for seniors in Nassau County, we are here to support them.
For over fifty years, Nassau County Council on Aging has been committed to serving seniors, and remains committed to our mission:
